We can begin where you are
You may be moving through grief, anxiety, depression, burnout, self-doubt, relationship or work difficulties, addiction, loneliness, a major life transition, illness, or a pain you don’t yet have words for. You may feel stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or simply tired of holding everything together. You may be supporting someone you love through illness, or carrying struggles that others cannot see.
I work with people from many walks of life — writers and artists, entrepreneurs and business leaders, people in technology and entertainment, homemakers, and many others. Your life may look fine from the outside and still feel confusing, painful, or difficult within. If you recognise yourself here, let’s have a conversation.
My approach is holistic, compassionate, and grounded in the understanding that there is a reason behind the ways we think, feel, and respond. Rather than trying to change, fix, or get rid of the parts of ourselves that may be causing difficulty, we can become curious about them: what they are trying to protect, what they may be carrying, and what they need.
I also believe the body has its own wisdom. Sometimes it holds what we cannot yet put into words. Learning to listen to what is happening within you can open a gentler, deeper way of understanding yourself. I draw from Compassionate Inquiry, somatic therapy, Transactional Analysis, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other evidence-based psychological approaches. But there is no one way of working. We will find what feels most helpful and meaningful for you. Together.
“Our intent isn’t to feel better, but to get better at feeling.”

Individual Psychotherapy
60 minutes (Online)
A space to explore what's happening in your life, the patterns that keep showing up, your relationships, thoughts and emotions, and the ways you've learned to navigate life. The therapeutic approach is shaped around what feels most helpful for you and what you're going through.

Compassionate Inquiry
60 minutes (Online)
Sometimes what we struggle with on the surface is not the whole story. Compassionate Inquiry invites a deeper exploration of the patterns, beliefs, emotions, coping strategies, and somatic experiences that have shaped how we move through life. Together, we become curious about what is here — not to fix or push it away, but to understand and make space for it, meet it with compassion, and reconnect with a greater sense of freedom, choice, and connection with ourselves.

For Patients & Caregivers
60 minutes (Online)
Illness changes much more than the body. It can bring uncertainty, fear, grief, helplessness, despair, anger, questions about identity, and sometimes the loneliness of carrying what is difficult to put into words. Whether you are living with illness yourself or caring for someone you love, this is a space to be with whatever is here. You don't have to be strong all the time. And you don't have to carry all of it alone.
