There's nothing you need to prepare. We'll just talk — about what's going on, what brought you here, and whether this feels right for you. No pressure to have it figured out first.
I spent 20+ years leading marketing in global tech companies before training as a psychologist in my 40s, after a personal crisis that made me question everything I thought I knew about myself. That search is why I do this work now.
Not really. I’m not here to give you a plan or tell you what you should do or not do. I may have perspectives that can be useful, but you know your life in a way I never can. I believe you already carry the answers and the wisdom you need in you. So instead of handing you a plan, I try to help you slow down enough to hear what's already there. It's a different kind of work — slower, sometimes harder — but it's yours.
Yes, all the time — different countries, different time zones. We'll just find a time that works for both of us.
We'll talk about this directly when we first speak, based on what works for you. If cost is tight, say so. A few spots are set aside at a lower rate, and I'd rather know than have it stop you from reaching out.
Sessions run for 50-60 minutes.
Just use “Book a Conversation” — fill in the short form, and I'll get back to you within 48 hours to find a time.
Online only for now, so you can call in from wherever you are. All you need is somewhere quiet and a decent internet connection. In-person sessions in Bangalore may be available down the line, but not just yet.
English or Hindi — whichever you're more comfortable in.
It's an approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté. Instead of just talking about what's bothering you right now, we look at where it actually comes from — old patterns, unconscious beliefs, things that made sense once but might not anymore. No judgment involved, just genuine curiosity about how you got here, and about helping you feel more like yourself again.
My work is rooted in Compassionate Inquiry®, and I also draw on Hakomi-informed mindfulness, somatic therapy, Transactional Analysis and Internal Family Systems (IFS). In our sessions, this might mean slowing down together, noticing what's happening in your body, and gently exploring the beliefs you may have formed early on that still shape how you live and relate today. We will go at your pace. Nothing is forced, and you are in charge of what we explore.
Honestly it varies a lot. Some people come for a few sessions, some for a few months, some for years. We'll figure out what's right for you as we go. There's no set number I'm working toward.
Anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship trouble, addiction, loneliness, grief, chronic illness, and also things that don't have a clean label yet. If something's bothering you, that's reason enough to talk.
No. You don't need to know before we begin. If you already have a diagnosis and it's useful to you, we can work with that too — but it's never required.
Of course. That's exactly what Book a Conversation is for. It's a short 25-minute call, no commitment attached. Talk it through, see how it feels, and take your time deciding afterward.
There's no bar to clear. If something feels off, heavy, or hard to name — that's enough. You don't need to be in crisis to talk to someone.
That happens sometimes, and it's okay. We can talk about it honestly, and I'll help you figure out what might be a better fit if this isn't it.
Of course, life happens — just try to give me at least 24 hours' notice if you can, so I can keep that time open for someone else who might need it. Late cancellations and missed sessions are charged in full. That said, I get that life doesn't always cooperate, so just reach out as soon as you know.
Yes. What you share stays between us, with a few exceptions required by law — mainly if there's an immediate risk to your safety or someone else's. Outside of that, everything stays private.
Someone once asked me that, and I loved the question. Honestly, I don't remember everything perfectly. No one could. I do keep a few private notes after we talk, just enough to hold the thread of your story so I can show up properly for you next time, rather than trusting memory alone. They stay as private as everything else between us. But again, the details are never really the point. What stays with me is you. The way you see things, what matters to you, where it hurts. That part I don't need notes for.

“What is the bravest thing you’ve ever said?” asked the boy. “Help,” said the horse. “Asking for help isn’t giving up,” said the horse. “It’s refusing to give up.”
